You will need:
Nero (I will use Nero 7 Premium)
SNES Station (Emulator SNES)
ROMS (to find more roms, clic here)

1/ Open Nero Burning Rom. It looks like this:

In the left top corner, change CD for DVD

Go down the list untill you see "DVD-ROM (UDF/ISO)" and clic on it

Go to the ISO tab and select everything EXACTLY like the picture
[Mode1 - ISO 9660 only - Max. of 11=8+3 chars (Level 1)]
NOTE: You should be able to use "Max. of 31 chars (Level 2)" it just has been tested the other way.

Then clic "New" and select the SNES_EMU.ELF file and SYSTEM.CNF and drag them to where it say "NAME" (in the left column) then add a folder and it ROM (or whatever else) and put into it all your unzipped roms.
PS: You must have more than 10 roms.

Back in the "Name tab" you should have this:

System
SNES_EMU.ELF
Roms

Next, click burn then you will see the same page you started with make sure that everything is the same.
Burn at 1x or 2x.
When it finish then boot with Swap Magic or your boot method.
